WT Cors Goch National Nature Reserve

A Wildlife Trust site. Cors Goch has calcareous fen and acidic heathland which supports rare plants. It lies on the bed of a glacial lake. 17 species of dragonfly and 19 species of butterfly have been recorded here. Scarce Blue-tailed Damselfly, Variable Damselfly and Hairy Dragonfly are noteworthy.
