Good bye to Sarah and Jen

This month, we said a sad farewell to Sarah Miller and Jen Davidson.

Jen started at the BDS last year as the Scotland Conservation Officer, and has been driving forward projects like Dragonflies On The Bog with her infectious enthusiasm and endless energy. We wish her all the best as she starts her new role as Conservation and Projects Officer for Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust.

Sarah has been at the BDS since 2017 and has been responsible for helping secure funding for staff and projects like Dragonfly Hotspots. In addition, as line manager she led the team with kindness, guidance, and unwavering support- always taking the time to listen and help others grow. She will be greatly missed by the team.
