Bob Dennison steps down as CDR for Radnorshire

After 16 years of dedicated service, Bob Dennison is stepping down from his role as the Radnorshire County Dragonfly Recorder for the British Dragonfly Society. Bob took on the position in 2009 and has been a driving force in monitoring and recording dragonfly populations across the county; his work contributed to the production of the BDS 2014 Atlas, as well as the State of Dragonflies Report 2021, which highlighted key trends and conservation priorities.

The BDS is immensely grateful for Bob’s expertise and countless hours of voluntary work. The role of County Dragonfly Recorder will now be taken on by Martyn Moore- welcome to the team Martyn!
