Southern Damselflies on the River Test

We need volunteers to assist with monitoring Southern Damselfly on the River Test near Stockbridge.

This opportunity offers the chance to see this rare species, as well as other stunning wildlife that live on the river, and to make a valuable contribution to the conservation of one of our rarest Damselflies.

 

Requirements:

• Basic dragonfly identification e.g. can identify Blue-tailed Damselfly.
• Own binoculars.
• Prepared to complete surveys midweek (need to be flexible with timings as surveys are weather dependent).
