Delve into the watery world of Wicken Fen to find out what is living beneath the surface. All equipment is provided, plus a helping hand to identify the creatures that you find.

Bookable sessions are at:

  • 10:30-11:15
  • 11:45-12:30
  • 13:30-14:15

Suitable for children aged 5+. They must be accompanied.

There is no admission charge for non-members, but £3.20 car park charge applies. Members are asked to bring their membership cards for scanning. If you are trying to book on the day of the event, please call the Visitor Centre on 01353 720274 to check if spaces are available.

Requirements
Booking required. Leave your best clothes at home and dress for the weather, with sunhats or waterproofs as necessary. Long sleeves and trousers/leggings strongly recommended to provide protection from insects and sun.
Additional Info
We will be using grassy areas and unsurfaced paths that may not be suitable for wheelchairs or certain pushchairs. Assistance dogs only.
