Join us on the April 23rd, for a full day of wildlife surveys lead by reserve staff and local experts!

We will be based at the Kilngreen kiosk, with a minibus taking groups onto the reserve for a range of different surveys throughout the day, beginning in the morning with moth trapping and bird surveys, and ending with a bat walk in the evening.

A full programme of activities will be posted closer to the date, but there will be a huge variety of surveying opportunities available, looking for moths, birds, bats, plants, freshwater invertebrates, reptiles & amphibians, and anything else that we can find!
Many of the activities will be suitable for families, or specifically aimed at children, while others will be more suitable for those with more specialist interests!
