The programme for the day is yet to be finalised, however, it will include regional and local presenters telling us what fabulous invertebrates we have on our doorsteps and what projects exist that you can get involved with. To date, we have enlisted Pete Boardman from Natural England, Caroline Uff our County Beetle recorder and Kate Jones from Buglife. More to come – so please watch this space and book soon as we know it fills fast.
Attendees are encouraged to bring displays, specimens, photographs, posters – in fact, anything invertebrate-related that you think may be of interest to others. The Invert Challenge Library and collections will be available to peruse.
The event is subsidised by the FSC BioLinks Project enabling us to reduce the true cost to attendees. The £10 attendance fee includes tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning and tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon. Please bring your own lunch.
Booking required.
Refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own lunch.

Report a Sighting
There are several ways to report a Dragonfly sighting:
Option 1
Report a casual sighting or visit to a site, for the benefit of others who might wish to know what’s flying at the moment. These sightings are not vetted and are not automatically treated as scientific records.
Report a scientific record for addition to our long-term database of dragonfly occurrence, phenology. These records are subject to verification by a local expert.
